In this hands-on class, our instructor will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a traditional Italian dinner. Our instructor will walk you through techniques for searing, sauce making, creating vinaigrette from scratch and cooking pasta to perfection. Each group will make a 3-course dinner, plus fresh pasta to take home. Buon Appetito!
